In February of 2002 we transited the majority of the Panama canal going from the Atlantic/Caribbean basin over the Continental Divide to the Pacific basin. We spent nearly 2 months at a marina in the canal zone working on Ventana and then descended the last canal locks to the Pacific in late March.
